Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily DMV and title workflow for assigned dealerships, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and work direction to DMV team members.
• Review DMV transactions for accuracy and compliance with state/local requirements.
• Identify adjustments and discrepancies; gather supporting docs and escalate complex matters to management.
• Research and help resolve title, registration, tax, fee, lien, and documentation issues.
• Monitor pending transactions and follow up to prevent delays, penalties, or unresolved items.
• Ensure proper handling of all title work including electronic and paper titles and lien releases.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Sales, F&I, Inventory to address discrepancies and support deal processing.
• Follow controls for DMV documents, funds, and records; report issues promptly.
• Identify workflow issues and recommend process improvements; support rollout of procedures.
• Stay informed of regulatory updates and communicate changes to team.
• Prepare and maintain routine reports on DMV activity and adjustments.
