Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Senior Director, DMPK Project Lead in the United States. The role ensures delivery of all DMPK activities, including nonclinical PK, in vitro ADME, biotransformation studies, and toxicokinetic analysis, enabling progression of CNS drug candidates through development.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage NDA submissions, and drive project strategies with urgency and scientific clarity across discovery and development stages.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology or a related field.
• Experience leading DMPK programs and NDA submissions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the filing of NDAs for DMPK.
• Deliver high-quality DMPK input and data to projects within established timelines.
• Utilize knowledge of DMPK to support project strategy and progression.
• Proactively calculate PK and toxicokinetic parameters and report results to project teams.
• Coordinate with DMPK colleagues, clinical pharmacologists, and toxicologists.
• Prepare clear governance presentations related to DMPK findings.
