Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer to lead the engineering, operation, and optimization of DLP and CASB solutions within the SOC team.

This role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and tuning data loss prevention and cloud access security controls, while supporting broader security controls and incident response efforts across the organization. You will collaborate with GRC and multiple business units to ensure policy alignment with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS, and you will

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, or IT preferred or equivalent experience.
• CCSP, CSA CCSK, or equivalent certification (current or within 6 months).
• 6–8 years of technical work in Information Security.
• 3–5 years hands-on with DLP and CASB, and security control engineering.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, implement, and operate DLP and CASB configurations across endpoints, network, and cloud.
• Manage access controls, policies, and rules for firewalls, email security, WAFs, and related controls.
• Develop incident reports, risk ratings, and KPI metrics for data loss events and remediation timelines.
• Collaborate with GRC and business units to map data flows and align DLP/CASB policies with regulatory requirements.
• Mentor SOC analysts and coordinate with Incident Response on threats and incidents.
