Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer to lead engineering, operation, and optimization of DLP and CASB controls. The role focuses on policy configuration, data discovery, and remediation across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will partner with GRC and business units to align data protection with regulatory requirements, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to incident response efforts. Travel regionally and work within a fast-paced SOC.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of technical work experience in Information Security.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience engineering DLP and CASB solutions.
• Current or near-term attainment of CCSP/CSA CCSK certification.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, operate, and optimize Clayco’s DLP and CASB controls.
• Configure policies, alerts, data sources, and remediation.
• Triage and remediate DLP/CASB alerts in collaboration with SOC.
• Develop metrics and runbooks for data-loss prevention and compliance.
