Job summary

BairesDev in a 100% remote setup is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end capabilities using DRF, React.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Claude Code in an AI-augmented workflow.

You’ll own features end-to-end in a fast-moving environment, autonomously driving projects with strong manufacturing-domain context and minimal supervision. This role offers excellent compensation and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Hands-on experience with React.js and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS and AI-assisted development ( Claude Code ).
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end full-stack features in an AI-augmented environment.
• Collaborate across backend and frontend to ship robust solutions.
• Apply manufacturing workflow context to feature design.
• Push projects forward autonomously with minimal supervision.
