Job summary

BairesDev in a 100% remote setup is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end capabilities using DRF, React.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Claude Code in an AI-augmented workflow.

You’ll own features end-to-end in a fast-moving environment, autonomously driving projects with strong manufacturing-domain context and minimal supervision. This role offers excellent compensation and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Hands-on experience with React.js and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS and AI-assisted development ( Claude Code ).
• Excellent command of English.

Senior Full Stack Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design and deliver end-to-end full-stack capabilities within an AI-augmented environment, using internal MCP servers and Claude Code tooling as part of your daily workflow. You'll bring genuine business drive to understand manufacturing workflows, autonomously pushing projects forward without needing continuous supervision or ticket-by-ticket hand-holding. What You'll Do

• Design and deliver end-to-end full-stack capabilities across backend and frontend.

What We Are Looking For
