Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related land/division orders experience.
• Strong math, analytical and spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze land documents and title files.
• Respond to owner inquiries and resolve ownership issues.
• Maintain logs of ownership transfers.
• Prepare division orders and burden spreadsheets.
• Perform division order calculations and review lease interests.
• Coordinate with owners, attorneys, and accounting teams.
• Complete deal sheets and calculate interests for new wells.
• Address and cure decimal discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.
