Job summary

Eckard Energy, LLC is seeking a Sr. Division Order Analyst in Oklahoma City to organize and analyze unit information from leases, agreements, and title documents.

You will create and amend divisions of interest for billing, revenue disbursements, and related decks, ensuring accuracy in DOA, JIB, and related processes. The role requires 7+ years in division order work, strong analytical skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of Division Order experience.
• Strong working knowledge of revenue and JIB deck administration.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze lease, contract, and legal title files to ensure DOI accuracy before setup.
• Review post-production caps and other burdens affecting pay and billing.
• Track drilling schedule and DOI assignment schedule for timely property setup.
• Partner with landmen to maintain unit setups and process amendments.
• Research and set up non-op interests and ensure correct ownership records.
• Run complex DOI calculations and key revenue, JIB, and TIK decks.
• Complete well set-ups and owner maintenance by monthly deadlines.
• Prepare reversal/rebooking decks to ensure correct revenue booking.
• Update decks and issue TOs after ownership changes.
• Assist owner relations with inquiries and release payment requirements.
• Manage suspense and escheat inventory and generate reports.
