OakTree Staffing seeks a senior Division Order Analyst in Houston, TX, to interpret complex title opinions and ownership documents, including overriding royalty interests. You will build and audit DOI decks for operated and non-operated assets and ensure timely revenue distributions.

• Advanced ability to interpret title opinions, conveyances, and ownership documents.
• Ability to build and audit DOI and division order decks for assets.
• Strong knowledge of East Texas and Haynesville ownership issues.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and individuals at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze complex title opinions, deeds, probate records, and related instruments to determine ownership.
• Review overriding royalty interests and burdens to ensure correct reflection in ownership.
• Calculate and approve division of interest for new wells, units, and tracts.
• Build and maintain revenue and JIB decks to support correct distributions.
