Job summary

Hireology is seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Division Order Analyst (Full-Time Contract) in the United States. The Senior Division Order Analyst will manage complex ownership matters, including TIK and DOI calculations, title opinions, and ownership transfers with minimal supervision.

A strong grasp of oil and gas ownership and decimals is essential, with CDOA certification a plus. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of DOI experience, comfort with technology and AI, and are capable of resolving

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Division Order experience required.
• Strong TIK (Take-in-Kind) experience preferred.
• Able to interpret title documents and perform complex decimals calculations.
• Deep understanding of oil and gas ownership structures.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work with technology and AI.
• Certifications like CDOA plus experience with major operators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take-in-Kind (TIK) processing and issue resolution.
• Perform complex DOI and ownership calculations.
• Review title opinions and assess ownership implications.
• Process ownership transfers and changes accurately.
• Resolve suspense and curative issues in DO systems.
• Compute royalties, ORRI, and working interests.
• Address complex ownership discrepancies to close matters.
