- Manage a team of Relationship Managers serving banking needs.
- Develop departmental goals for new income through targeted sales activities.
- Lead management functions including hiring and performance evaluations.
- Review and analyze portfolio to manage risk and inform management.
- Participate in community functions to establish a positive image for the bank.
