Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial lending experience or equivalent.
• Experience with tax credits in historic or affordable housing.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of commercial lending.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial relationships for clients with annual revenues of $2MM to $20MM.
• Service existing loan portfolios according to bank policy.
• Prepare and document loans following bank policies and regulations.
