Job summary

Hulcher Services seeks a senior-level leader to manage human resources, equipment and financial support across divisions. The role reports to senior management and coordinates with Division and Assistant Division Managers to meet customer and company needs.

Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, overseeing preventative maintenance, and ensuring staffing, coaching, and development of divisions. Travel and on-call readiness are expected as required.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements: High School Graduate.
• Preferred education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Safety Program for each Division, including training, coaching, root cause analysis and incident investigation.
• Manage the Mechanical preventative Maintenance program with oversight and training.
• Oversee Staffing, Recruiting, Training and cross-training to ensure consistent people management and retention.
• Ensure asset utilization and profitability through proper staffing, equipment and labor utilization.
