Hulcher Services seeks a senior-level leader to manage human resources, equipment and financial support across divisions. The role reports to senior management and coordinates with Division and Assistant Division Managers to meet customer and company needs.

General Summary: This senior position ensures company and customer needs and requirements are met through management of human resources, equipment and allocated financial support for an allocated geographical area.

Educational Requirements: High School Graduate
Preferred Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Required Certification/Licensure: (All Divisions) A valid driver's license. Extensive knowledge of the State permits requirements and procedures.
Five or more years’ direct management experience in derailment or environmental services operations
Strong ability to effectively communicate technical information to all types of people, both verbally and in writing; multitask and coordinate confusing and often conflicting priorities; strong communication, decision-making, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 50lbs.
Travel: Subject to long, irregular hours and 24-hour on-call availability. Must be able to travel 75% of the time. Driving for extended periods. On call 24/7 unless on scheduled for time off.
Working Conditions: Indoor and external working environments. Regularly exposed to noisy, loud environment; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; and outside weather conditions. Some exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, explosives, risk of radiation, and vibration.
