Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive leadership in a large multi-operational corporate environment.
• Experience with revenue cycle operations including coding, billing & collection strategies.
• MBA or healthcare finance-related education/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to achieve optimal financial and operating performance for the division.
• Coordinate and evaluate a robust financial reporting infrastructure.
• Evaluate capital proposals to maximize returns and asset utilization.
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance across the division.
• Develop staff and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and industry leaders for compliance.
• Present reports and recommendations to senior management for decision making.
• Lead financial infrastructure and strategic initiatives for the region.
