Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in healthcare finance or business.
• Strong communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership in financial operations, budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
• Lead strategic growth assessments, capital planning, and service-line investments.
• Support development of workforce and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Drive process improvements and partner with leadership to optimize patient care value.
• Drives cost management, capital planning and technology investments.
• Collaborates with leadership, legal, and executives to align financial strategy with operations.
• Ensures compliance and viability of the facility, delivering short- and long-term plans.
