Marine Solutions, Inc. seeks a Dive Supervisor to oversee underwater inspections, repairs, and diver teams in our Maryland operations. You will manage project scope, ensure safety policies, and coordinate with the Operations Manager.

Candidates should have ADCI/US Navy/diver certifications, 5–6 years of commercial diving experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. The role requires availability for field work and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Commercial dive school certificate or equivalent certification.
• ADCI/Governing Regulations knowledge for diving industry.
• 5–6 years experience as Commercial Diver.
• Strong leadership and client interaction skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Directly responsible to the Operations Manager for safe operations.
• Develop and implement emergency/contingency procedures.
• Lead Dive Team and oversee all diving service activities.
• Coordinate with clients and maintain equipment certifications.
• Report accidents or incidents according to procedures.
• Assist with bidding and contract negotiations.
