Job summary

Marine Solutions, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Dive Supervisor to inspect, repair, and manage underwater equipment and structures. You will oversee dive teams and project scope, including on-site services in the Rosedale area.

The role requires ADCI knowledge, leadership skills, and strong communication. You will work with safety policies and maintenance of dive-related certifications, while contributing to a collaborative marine construction environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial diving certification from a recognized program.
• Minimum 5–6 years of commercial diving experience.
• ADCI Supervisor Card and ANSI training hours completed.
• Valid driver’s license; current First Aid/CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens, and DAN O2 Administration certifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations under the Operations Manager per safety policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement emergency/contingency procedures.
• Lead Dive Team and direct Dive Team in all service capabilities.
• Maintain equipment and certification for safe operation.
• Report accidents or incidents per procedures.
• Bid and contract negotiations.
