Job summary

Marine Solutions, Inc. in Rosedale, Maryland, is seeking a Dive Supervisor to oversee underwater inspections, repairs and equipment adjustments using surface supplied air.

You will manage dive teams and project scope, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to deliver safe, high-quality diving services. The role requires ADCI or equivalent certification, 5–6 years of commercial diving, and strong leadership, communication, and safety skills.

Qualifications

• Commercial dive school certificate or ADCI certification is required.
• 5-6 years of commercial diving experience required.
• Knowledge of ADCI governing regulations applicable to diving.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations under the Operations Manager in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement emergency/contingency procedures.
• Hold daily safety meetings and complete safety sheets.
• Supervise Dive Team and direct Dive Team activities.
• Maintain equipment certification and assist in bidding/contract negotiations.
• Report accidents or incidents as per procedures.
