Job summary

Morrison Energy Group seeks an experienced Diving Supervisor in Houma, LA to lead the planning and execution of offshore diving operations, ensuring safety and health of the dive team. The role requires ADCI/ADCI-related credentials, 5+ years of offshore diving, and strong emergency response capabilities.

You will manage dive plans, verify diver qualifications, and communicate with masters and offshore personnel, ensuring procedures meet regulatory standards and company Safe Practices/Operations

Qualifications

• ADC I/ supervisor exam and certification required.
• 5+ years diving operations experience in oil and gas.
• Experience with safety and regulatory compliance in offshore diving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute diving operations with safety as priority.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and Safe Practices/Operations Manual adherence.
• Maintain dive plans, checklists, and emergency procedures.
• Direct and supervise dive team; assess divers' fitness before dives.
• Coordinate with vessel/facility master and on-site personnel.
