Louisiana DOTD in Baton Rouge is seeking a District Maintenance executive to oversee District 61 operations, strategic budgeting, and contract administration for parish maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Executive Maintenance Oversight: lead district maintenance operations and evaluate effectiveness.
- Budget & Resource Management: develop and manage multi-million dollar budgets.
- Contract Administration: supervise district maintenance contracts and funding allocations.
- Personnel & Administration: act as appointing authority for district staff; payroll and training.
- Quality Assurance: develop and maintain MQA program to measure performance.
- Stakeholder & Legal Representation: coordinate with officials and agencies; provide testimony.
- Coordinate Emergency Response: lead responses to storms, hazards, and failures.
