As a District Leader, you will lead and develop Store Managers, manage KPIs and budgets, and collaborate with partners to execute company programs while upholding Carter's values and commitment to inclusion.

Qualifications

• People-first mindset focused on development and succession planning.
• Excellent communication to manage multiple locations remotely.
• Retail background with 5+ years of multi-unit leadership.
• Ability to pivot priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand KPIs, budgets and P&L.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage Store Managers with coaching, reviews and succession planning.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Lead talent planning and recruitment strategies for districts.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate across regions and with partners on real estate and policy.
