Carter’s Inc. is seeking a District Leader for the Central Dallas/Ft Worth area to inspire and lead a team across multiple store locations. You will coach Store Managers, drive sales growth, manage budgets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with Carter’s values.

Your role focuses on talent development, operations rigor, and consistent communication with regional partners to maintain a high-performing, inclusive store network.

Qualifications

• Retail background with multi-unit leadership experience.
• 5+ years in retail leadership roles.
• District Manager experience in a specialty retailer preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Store Managers with regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Drive district performance by meeting sales plans, budgets, and KPI targets.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and store operations to ensure excellence in execution.
• Ensure a positive, inclusive work environment and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicate Carter’s values and leading practices with field and home office partners.
