Job summary

The Flavorful Group in Northern California is seeking a District Manager to oversee daily operations and financial performance across multiple Quick Service Restaurant brands. This hands-on leader drives sales growth, profitability, operational excellence, and guest experiences while building high-performing restaurant teams.

You will frequently travel between restaurant locations, coach General Managers, and ensure the highest standards of hospitality and operational execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership in QSR operations.
• Experience managing P&L and operational metrics.
• Willingness to travel between Northern California locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations of multiple restaurant locations across QSR brands.
• Coach, mentor and develop General Managers and leadership teams.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor efficiency and food cost management.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety regulations.
