Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in business/HR with required experience as listed
• Two years HR experience with advanced degree OR five years HR experience with bachelor’s degree
• Ten years progressive HR experience also acceptable
• Knowledge of federal/state HR laws and regulations
• Three years supervisory experience
• Proficiency with word processing, databases and spreadsheets
• Excellent verbal and written English communication

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR services to assigned functional areas of TUSD
• Coordinate activities for the HR employment team
• May re-organize duties to meet district needs
