Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a District Operations Manager to lead the service team across multiple gym locations in the Utah market. The role focuses on people leadership, recruiting, inventory, payroll, budgets, and delivering an exceptional member and staff experience.

Reporting to the Regional VP of Operations, you will build a high-performing district, drive KPIs, and ensure adherence to policies while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management/leadership experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of multi-unit management (4–6 locations vary by market).
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and training.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all gym locations operate efficiently and adhere to policies.
• Recruit, train, and develop gym managers and staff to maintain a high-performance team.
• Lead by coaching for performance and communicating effectively.
• Oversee CPR certification sessions and maintain records.
• Promote a positive member experience through high service and facility standards.
• Analyze KPIs to drive operational improvements and growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Foster collaboration among managers to share best practices.
