Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field and 6+ years' experience in utility operation, or 10+ years' experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to the workgroups within Distribution Operations.
• Oversees reliability improvement plans and budget priorities.
• Partners with Asset Management to execute reliability programs across the Operating Company.
• Develops KPI-driven reporting and maintains project timelines and resource plans.
• Collaborates with Grid Modernization, Planning, and Engineering to align distribution reliability strategy.
