Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr. Distribution Manager to drive safety, productivity, and quality in a multi-site distribution center.

You will oversee a large team, ensure on-time shipping via multiple modes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while aligning with the company's culture and strategic goals. The role requires 5+ years of distribution leadership, deep knowledge of distribution principles, WMS, and automation, plus strong analytical and communication skills to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, quality management, or production & operations management.
• Minimum 5+ years leading distribution teams.
• Strong knowledge of distribution principles, WMS, and automation systems.
• Solid analytical and logical thinking with lean principles such as value stream mapping, Kaizen, and problem solving.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align with Milwaukee Culture as the key driver of daily operations.
• Direct a team of supervisors and managers across inbound, picking, outbound, and cycle counting.
• Develop and manage continuous improvement and cost-savings projects with cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare reports on on-time shipments, fill rate, shipment accuracy, and safety.
• Mentor functional leaders and associates in lean tools, culture change, and strategy deployment.
