Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International, seeks a Distribution Manager to lead the distribution facility and align warehouse operations with transportation logistics. You will drive safe, efficient, and compliant movement of goods while supporting production and customer service goals.

The role requires 5 years in distribution/logistics with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years experience in distribution/logistics as an individual contributor.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the distribution facility operations ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for distribution and transportation aligned with production and customer service.
• Directly manage onsite and extended teams to coordinate between local facilities, warehouse operations and transportation logistics.
• Provide building leadership and maintain a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement by leading Lean initiatives, 5S, and process audits.
