Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in shipping, receiving or distribution.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems.
• Experience in high-volume distribution or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Verify receipts against POs, packing slips, BOLs, and ASNs.
• Schedule inbound docking and unloading.
• Enter receiving transactions into WMS/ERP.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts.
• Ensure timely system updates and reporting.
