Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of electric distribution design engineering experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or closely related discipline.
• PE license and PMP certification are preferred.
• Proficiency with distribution design tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop design and construction work packages for overhead and underground distribution systems.
• Assist in oversight and QA of the design team's work.
• Review client requirements and interact with customers.
• Perform engineering calculations including structural analysis, guying, sag and tension specs.
• Provide engineering support during construction and post-construction reviews.
• Coordinate with field teams and manage complex cable/conduit projects in dense urban environments.
• Lead and train engineers and perform QA/QC responsibilities.
