Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET-accredited) and 2+ years of related engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in engineering may be considered for entry at SG8 level.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is encouraged and preferred.
• Alternative: Bachelor’s in engineering (non-ABET) plus Master’s/PhD from ABET-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance and reporting initiatives for distribution system and DER data.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, scripts, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with Distribution Planning, Transmission Planning, and IT teams on data quality.
• Identify and resolve distribution/DER data quality issues and implement automated monitoring.
• Create training and knowledge-sharing resources for analytics tools.
