Specialized experience for this position must include: Applying program management principles to provide technical advice, guidance and assistance in support of program operations; Developing or recommending new or revised policies, procedures or operating guidance; Applying analytical and evaluative methods to identify problems, develop recommendations, and improve program operation; Using automated systems and standard software applications to analyze data, evaluate program performance, and prepare reports or recommendations; Assisting with budget, procurement, contract administration, or other administrative management activities; Planning, coordinating, or managing projects to ensure timely completion and effective use of resources; Evaluating program operations and making recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
