Qualifications

• 8 years of software engineering/design experience.
• 7 years of coding in Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with Linux.
• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Design and maintain time-series DBs and log collection systems.
• Experience with AWS/GCP and cloud-native observability tooling.
• Hands-on with containerization and infrastructure automation (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef, Terraform).
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve observable services: Monitoring, Logging, Alerting, and Tracing.
• Own end-to-end distributed tracing and context propagation.
• Develop data capture/collection services across infrastructures (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack, bare metal).
• Build core software modules for real-time and batch processing.
• Create metrics ingestion pipelines and automation for dashboards.
• Instrument AI-powered workflows for performance, cost, and quality.
• Apply AI-driven observability techniques to reduce noise and speed incident response.
• Define SLOs/SLIs with product teams; ensure production-readiness of services.
