Responsibilities

• Lead development and architecture of scalable distributed components.
• Define scalability requirements and optimize data paths.
• Design fault-tolerant, upgradable systems with replication and failover.
• Establish KPIs, telemetry, dashboards, and proactive alerts.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues; mentor peers.
• Develop IaC and automation for safe patching and rollbacks.
