Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented dispatcher to coordinate delivery activities and ensure timely movement of parts and services across our network.

You will set routes, prepare vendor paperwork, and communicate with sales, warehouse staff, and drivers; some UPS orders and customer pickups may be required. This entry-level role requires a high school diploma and basic computer skills, with growth opportunities in our logistics organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0+ years of experience required.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a computer, keyboard and mouse.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Follow standard procedures with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch trucks and all orders for processing.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts and services.
• Set routes with drivers.
• Prepare paperwork for incoming vendors.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and delivery staff.
• May handle UPS orders and customer pickups.
• Process vendor parts per policy and manage returns.
