Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience.
• Experience managing investment portfolios across markets, including SICAVs.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and company fundamentals.
• Ability to monitor portfolio performance, analyze variances, and communicate results effectively.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements and internal policies.
• Experience with portfolio management systems and client relationship management platforms.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Python, Excel and related tools.
• Ability to develop, implement and adjust investment strategies within a fiduciary framework.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Design, structure and restructure investment portfolios per client objectives and policy.
• Manage portfolios with discretionary latitude and review performance weekly.
• Advise clients and execute strategies within open architecture and asset allocation guidance.
• Collaborate with Private Bankers and commercial teams to grow referrals and AUM.
• Present portfolio strategy to clients and participate in investment committees.
• Monitor risk limits and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Develop marketing materials and support promotional events for bankers.
• Communicate complex investment concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.
