Contact Government Services is seeking a Discovery IT System Administrator to join a fast-paced legal team. The role focuses on ensuring availability of e-discovery applications, administering systems, and coordinating performance improvements with vendors.

The position offers an executive-level career path with opportunities to shape security, cloud migration, and backend infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and AWS environments.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and monitoring systems and infrastructure.
• Experience with electronic discovery tools (Relativity, Veritas eDP) hosted in the cloud.
• Familiarity with Microsoft server 2019/2022 and SQL Server 2019/2022.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and databases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and tools.
• Administer and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure; install, configure, test and maintain OS, apps, tools.
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, coordinate fixes with vendors/developers.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Assist in technical architecture design discussions and knowledge management.
