Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Discovery IT System Administrator to join a fast-paced, executive- level team in the Legal department. The role focuses on supporting electronic discovery applications, managing server and database infrastructure, and guiding end-users in the use of discovery tools across cloud and on-premises environments.

The ideal candidate will install, configure, and monitor Windows servers and SQL Server instances, ensure system security and backups, and

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic discovery tools and EDRM.
• Ability to install, configure, test and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and SQL Server 2019/2022.
• Experience with cloud technologies including Azure and AWS; VMware environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and tools.
• Administer and monitor installed systems and infrastructure; install/configure software.
• Monitor application performance and work with vendors to implement fixes.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Develop training for end-users and provide SME guidance.
