Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve DR inventory, RTO/RPO, dependency, and recovery documentation.
• Coordinate DR inventory updates in ServiceNow and CMDB.
• Plan and validate tabletop and functional recovery tests.
• Support audit and regulatory readiness by collecting evidence.
• Monitor cloud, SaaS, and vendor-recovered documentation for completeness and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Prepare program reporting on recovery capability health and maturity.
