HAJC, based at Rogue River Estates in Medford, Oregon, seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to connect residents with programs, health services, and local resources.

In this hands‑on role you will organize community activities, support seniors and people with disabilities, and partner with nonprofits and schools to expand services.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in human services or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in social services, ideally working with seniors or underserved communities.
• Passion for helping others and a strong sense of accountability.
• Valid 'driver's licence and ability to travel to multiple properties.
• Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish/English) is strongly preferred!

What We Offer:
Compensation:

The starting range for this position is $3,720 - $4,061 per month (equivalent to steps 1 - 3 on the HAJC salary schedule, depending on experience and qualifications). The full salary range for this role extends up to $4,850 per month (Step 7).
