Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in social work or related field; three years of progressively responsible experience in human service programs; basic computer skills; valid driver's license; must pass a background check.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with older adults and people with disabilities, experience with adult protective services, and possible medical certifications such as RN.

Responsibilities

• Investigate abuse, neglect, and exploitation allegations involving older adults and adults with disabilities.
• Prepare thorough reports documenting investigations and actions taken.
• Coordinate with community organizations to stabilize urgent situations.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to improve quality of life for clients.
