Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and manage research and policy projects with the Faculty Director.
• Draft policy briefs, white papers, and research reports for academic and public audiences.
• Track disability law and policy developments at federal, state, and local levels.
• Support community-engaged research, including interviews, surveys, and landscape scans.
• Supervise associate researchers, graduate fellows, and student workers.
• Assist with grant writing, proposals, and donor reports.
