• Develops broad national policy strategies and concepts on current and emerging issues in federal systems and programs designed to provide employment/training services to individuals with disabilities.
• Serves as principal technical policy advisor to the Assistant Secretary on broad policy issues of national significance.
• Directs federal task teams and committees to address complex policy issues and develops policy options and positions.
