Job summary

• Requires knowledge of disability management and relevant labor laws (FEHA, FMLA, CFRA, ADA).
• Experience with return-to-work programs and reasonable accommodations.

• Consult and advise campus departments on ADA/FEHA/WD actions and accommodations.
• Coordinate with HR, legal and medical providers; may testify in legal proceedings.
