• Experience in employee leave programs and workers’ compensation.
• Ability to assess reasonable accommodations and RA requests.
• Knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, ND I, SDI, PL, LOA and related leave programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees, supervisors, and managers with applicable leave programs and disability management.
• Provide direction on WC activities, return-to-work, and vocational rehabilitation.
• Counsel on ADA and RA requirements and empower managers with policy guidance.
• Research labor codes, Cal/OSHA rules, and related laws to ensure entitlement compliance.
