Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Social Work, Family Studies, Human Services, Psychology or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in youth development and/or family engagement, with at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise program staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for youth development and fatherhood engagement aligning with the mission.
• Provide visionary leadership to the Youth Development Services and Fatherhood Engagement department.
• Collaborate with senior management to set goals, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Oversee design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive youth development and fatherhood programs.
• Ensure programs are evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and meet diverse needs.
• Monitor program performance and outcomes; adjust strategies based on data.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop staff and volunteers.
