Fabletics is seeking a Senior Director, Design (Women’s) to shape our product and aesthetic evolution, translating brand strategy into customer-first design across performance and lifestyle categories. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with cross-functional executives, and drive design decisions that balance taste, data, and commercial success.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in women’s apparel design, 5+ years in director roles, and deep expertise in fabric, fit, and margin

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of progressive design experience in women’s performance/lifestyle apparel and 5+ years in senior or director leadership.
• Ability to scale design teams, define vision, and deliver cohesive collections for DTC and retail.
• Experience navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility.
• Deep expertise in fabric development, fit, and functionality across active, sport, and leisure categories.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve the multi-season product vision for women’s performance and lifestyle categories.
• Shape the 3-year design roadmap with opportunities in product architecture and innovation pillars.
• Lead seasonal concepting and line architecture with a focus on silhouette, fabric, fit, and function.
• Translate trends and data into design initiatives shaping product direction and brand authority.
• Mentor and lead a team of directors, designers, and assistants with coaching and succession planning.
