Job summary

Fabletics, based in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Director, Design -- Concept, Color, Print & Graphics to lead seasonal concept, color, print, and graphic strategy for Women's and Men's. You will lead a team of Color, Print, and Graphic Designers and translate brand identity into cohesive seasonal stories.

Reporting to the Vice President of Women's Design, you will collaborate with Design Directors, Merchandising, Product Development, Production, Technical Design, and Marketing to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in color, print, graphic, textile, or related design disciplines within fashion, activewear, or lifestyle brands.
• 2 years of Director-level or equivalent creative leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of color theory, palette development, color flow, print and graphic design, materials, finishes, and apparel development.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal concept, color, print, and graphic strategy for Fabletics.
• Mentor and lead the Concept, Color, Print & Graphic team with clear direction.
• Collaborate with Design leadership and cross-functional partners to translate creative strategy across product categories.
• Identify trends and opportunities to inform creative direction and product storytelling.
