Job summary

The State of New Hampshire invites applications for the Director of the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an environmental, engineering or construction field.
• Professional Engineer licensure and wastewater operator certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years as a senior administrator managing complex projects/programs/budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and maintenance of the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program facilities.
• Lead budget planning and financial management for WRBP.
• Direct programs and projects per the Commissioner’s directives.
• Mentor staff and engage external stakeholders to drive improvements.
